This sounds promising. I decided to start with the continuation right away because it is intriguing the ending of the first book but I believe doing a spoiler free of post of this book will be hard os be warned. There MIGHT be spoilers. 

 Ok so now that Mara discovered that there are more people, and by more I mean one more person, Noah Shaw with abilities... EVerything went to hell when she discovered her dead ex-boyfriend is not dead and is out to get her. Yes it continues to scare you and you can't know really what's going on.
Mara discovers memories about someone else, someone who is not herself. Her family think she's going crazy and not just because of PTSD as they initially expected. Someone is out there trying to get her, the dr she's being seeing is trying very hard to make Mara's parents admit her to a facility but Mara manages to convince them to not... for a while at least. Until Jude is bold enough and manages to up Mara.

 In the end he wasn't exactly the one at fault. Someone else was at play as well. Now that someone that is supposed to help her, is actually using her or studying her because of her gene that is harmful and the condition Noah, Jamie and some of the other patients have is part of a study that most doctors and their parents don't know about. Mara is trapped, but what happened to Noah?

 I give this a 4.5 out of 5... I soo need to read the next one.

Mid Month Wrap up (Hous Pocus + #AYearAThon)

For the beginning of the month, I participated in two Readathons. So I will do a wrap up of those two first ones that ended on the 13th. The first one was HOCUS POCUS READATHON. The goal was to cast a Spell to become immortal. Goal accomplished! It consisted of 7 challenges out of them, 6 were reading related. Read a total of 6 books. In those the total pages read were 2,263 In average it represented 377.67 pages per book  Not bad for the first two weeks of the month but yeah most of the book were on the shorter side. The second readathon accomplished was #AYearAThon in which we had to read a thriller. In a very good coincidence, these two overlapped allowing me to use a book from the previous challenges to cover this one as well. For this readathon only one book was finished, Misery and this one contained 370 pages.
