February TBR

This is the shortest month of the year so I had initially planned a very short TBR.

Here is what it resulted.

Reread for this month:
1. Days of blood and starlight, Laini Talor. I have to finish the daughter of smoke and bone as I am halfway through anyway.
2. Under red tainted skies, Loiuse Gornal.

Draw TBR GameWe have a lucky shot, we only have 4 draws to do.

#1 Sister's Pick
Blue Exorcist Vol 9 Kazue Kato. This is the continuation of a Mana about a group of teenagers who are training to become an exorcist.

#2 YA Fantasy
Kingdom of Copper S.A Chakraborty. This is the second book of a book  read a while ago, I really was intrigued about the second part, now I need to decide if reread the first one and this one or just jump into it completely blind XD
The description of the book says: Nahri’s life changed forever the moment she accidentally summoned Dara, a formidable, mysterious djinn, during one of her schemes. Whisked from her home in Cairo, she was thrust into the dazzling royal court of Daevabad and quickly discovered she would need all her grifter instincts to survive there.

#3 Unfinished last month El plan infinito, Isabel Allende.
I did not read this in January so I have to read it in February as part of my yearly resolution and goals.

#4 YouTube recommendation People kill people, Ellen Hopkins
People kill people. Guns just make it easier. This is the only description I saw, I remember this was mentioned by several people but not very recently so I am not sure what it is about.
This is a book about gun violence from different points of view, so it will be emotional and something I am looking forward to.

as this moth TBR was short some extra books I added to my TBR were:
*Walking dead Vol 5 the best defense. I am after all still making my way through the first compendium.
*Blue exorcist vol 10 as I am already reading the 9 and 10 is the very last volume I own might as well get them both done this month
*Autopsy, Donte Collins, a poetry book as I have a goal of trying to read more of it
In order to accomplish my goa of reading more classics I have selected:
-Murder on the links, Agatha Christie
-I am legend, Richard Matheson
-I Robot, Isaac Asimov
*Random book I found I want to read Warrior #1 Into the wild by Erin Hunter, because why not I already have a ton of started series lets start another one.
*Evolve your brain, Joe Dispenza a nonfiction book based on science that sounds interesting based on the title (again goal of reading more nonfiction)
*Donatello y yo, Alfonso Portable (I do need to read a few latin american authors per month, lets try to keep it up)
*Zombies of Lenigrado, Javier Cosnava this is a Spanish author and also a book I bought in Kindle, I did by a Kindle and books, I have to try to fit them in my TBRs from now on.

I am undecided if to continue A song of ice and fire or first law trilogy. I have to continue one of the series, not sure which.

There are also several books I will be reading as part of the readathons I will be participating in this year.

Cosmerealong:
I have the announcement and full plan layout in January.
For this month we have to read:
Elantris
And the short stories: The hope of Elantris and The emperor's soul.

I will try to read this slowly and get as much of it as I can. We'll see how we do. I know nothing about what the book is about or the magic system here.

Literally Dead Book Club
This is a new reading club started by Keyla from Booksandlala. I really love her videos and want to participate, the first book chosen is The Other people, C.J Tudor.

This is a mystery book about a young girl who went missing, her father is trying to find her and everything that is happening in between with people who might know what happened, with people suspecting him. It sounds amazing.
The bad thing is I can't seem to be able to find it.

I'll see what I do. Well, this is the books I have to read this month, no pressure I have the whole month to get to them.
There are other readathons with specific dates set so I will get the plan and TBR for them once they are closer to taking place.
