Thoughts:

First off I find it hilarious that I have been doing reviews for books or stories in Spanish, those books that might not have a translation and you don't know when they will be translated to English. Usually, I did a review in Spanish even if the books were in English and its common to include if there is a current translation or if maybe one is coming along later, but this case is the revere which I find very ironic.

Coming back to our topic at hand, I really enjoyed my time with this story.

A lawyer is the main focus of this, he goes to the culprit, and their banter makes you smile and laugh all the way. The accused is very cynical and sure of himself. The lawyer does not like him very much but is trying really hard to represent him, he is going to be very popular among the news with a story like that one.

What he does not understand is that there is a lot more going on than what he imagined!

It is a fantastical story in a way, so be aware of that. For me, it was a plus. If you do not like weird fantastic/paranormal elements on your stories then it might not be for you.

The negative side was that it felt too short. We see a huge jump from one moment to years later, it fits for the impact but still. We could have had a few more pages of self-doubt or I don't know it felt too short. Still, after reading this I am going to go and find more work by Fernando, I like the weird elements he weaves into his stories.

Once more this is my fault I thought this was a novella, but then I finished downloading it and it was only 17 pages!!

Oh well, those few pages were enough I really liked it, as time goes on I think my enjoyment increased and I still remember about it. That's always a plus you continue to think about a story you already finished.
