Thoughts:

We get introduced to Sakura and her family, friends and classmates. I have experienced this story in the anime form when I was younger.

I had forgotten many things and worse off I had missed a lot of the relationships included here.

-We have several things added here for diversity or shock factor that I was surprised when I started reading this story. Before we get into the story I'll include things I missed as a child that surprised me this time around.

-Adult child romantic relationship hints, we have in several examples of different scandal factor. An elementary student-professor, a middle school student-professor assistant, high school student-high school professor. I was like what the hell?

-We see 10 years old already having romantic feelings for other people either their classmates or older people around them. I guess it is possible but I am surprised that they get their feeling reciprocated.

-Tmoyo is much more mature than Sakura in ways and has deeper feeling and unrequited love. That is so sweet.

-Everyone is related to Sakura in a way or another, the super cool rich lay, the nice Grandpa. I am not going too into it as it unnecessary and its too spoilory as it is anyway.

Moving on Sakura is going around chasing cards that are causing chaos in her hometown.

I remember seeing Touya and Yukito, I always admired them and loved them as best friends and as possible couple.

I ha forgotten or maybe in the manga it went much faster. I the first few volumes we see almost all of the struggles and characters introduced already. Sakura goes from discovering her powers, starting to chase for the cards, meeting Li who is a descendant of Clow.

Li is also chasing for the cards, he believes it is his duty as the creator is an ancestor of his family and he does have training in magic while Sakura does not. He joins Sakura, Tomoyo and Kero in the search.

The enemity between Sakura and Li because of Yukito is hilarious.

Touya disliking Li as he is not nice to his sister is always heart warming. He is such a protective older brother. He is one of my favorite characters.

There seems to be a lot of people introduced and you get their back stories, for most of the classmates we get a bit of information, you get sucked into and come to care about them in a way. Even if its a passing mention, that is interesting. I got invested in more people than I expected.

The story is moving a lot faster than I remembered.

We meet Kero in his true form and Yuel the Judge. There are several things changed from the anime but I still enjoyed how the judgement takes place in the Manga. But I did think the Jedgement came a lot later so now I am at a loss, I do not know what will come after this.

I am not sure what to expect but I am enjoying my time reading it, so I'll try to keep up and share my experience on what I find as I move along the volumes.

Should I include more plot related comments and spoilery discussion or leave it like this simply mention of small facts but with little discussion on plot? It is a semi long series so not sure how long I can keep it spoiler free. I can definetely try :)
