This year has been eventful and I have enjoyed a lot of them. So here are the best ones I found this year. Rereads do not count.  I find it very difficult to place them in a particular order. But here we go. #10 Charlotte's Web, E.B. White A lovely story of a little pig, a spider who is smarter than most animals in the same farm, a human girl and so many little things that seem much grander.  It is interesting how you can go through life without seeing this story be it in the actual book or even the movie. The book was very heartwarming and now I want to watch the movie.  #9 The exorcist, William Peter Blatty. The story tells the novelization of a true story of a child being possessed.  The mother, a divorced actress who is struggling to make it as a director in an era where women are openly put down by the male in the same industry. This year I intended to get into manga, but then again it took me a while to get into. I did not make up my mind on what to start or where to begin, also I was trying to get into more graphic novels or comic because this year was supposed to be about branching out and getting to know what I liked and what doesn't work for me. Interesting and blessings for me, I find that I can enjoy reading a graphic novel as much as a traditional book. Thoughts: This book was like other classics interesting and yet hard o get through.  I picked it from Scribd because well it was right there and I wanted something short to get by quickly.
