Tome Topple Readathon Round 7


Another Readathon I just found we want to participate but I cannot add any more books to this month's TBR so I will take some of the ones I have already added here:

 Duration: November 16-29
Rules: Read books over 500 pages
Exceptions: Short story collection books do not count.

 So for this, I have planned to read:
The Illuminae Series by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff

August Reading Wrap Up

Readathons I had intended to participate, well I tried in most. #AYearAThon, that was a big failure. That book did not even get started, and it was only one. Though luck. I will leave Emma for another occasion. Used-book-a-thon. I did try though did not complete all the challenges not even a bingo line! I managed to complete 8 challenges by reading 3 book so it was an ok week. MY biggest success was the Magical Readathon I did complete it all, I had planned on reading a few extra books and that was not accomplished but regardless I di manage to score: N.E.W.T.s grades: O Arithmancy O Charms O Transfiguration E Ancient Runes A D.A.D.A I managed to complete 12 books I did end up changing some of the ebooks I had established as my TBR. September TBR

So this month I wish to read all my TBR before trying to get into other titles. So this month I am not sure what readathons are taking place other than the #YearAThon that is always in place so we will see. #YearAThon Duration 2 - 8 Theme New beginnings To read the first book in a series. 2019 Series part 1

As mentioned before this year had a goal to get more into series and finishing them. I did end up starting a lot of series yet I did not finish many as the previous post showed us. Let's get into the series we started this year. For the simplicity of gather data, I will include all the series that I started from January to November. This will have no particular order and will include mainly my feelings on the story as a whole more than a description of what happens in them. (Again this makes it easier to write and also it is very intimidating when you see a huge post of hundreds of words, so let's keep it nice and short for both our sakes.) Lightbringer, Brent Weeks. Good Reads 2018 Choice Award Challenge

So January at the start of the year.  I decided to try to follow the idea Emily had ( BookswithEmilyFox ). In this case, we had the goal to read the finalists of the GoodReads and decide what the winner should have been. I picked 20 categories, but only managed to find the option to read 17 of them, I did not plan on buying them but I started to look for them in Scribd, Kindle and online in several sites. From those, I only read 10 of them.            So now I have officially given up on the challenge. There is really no pint in carrying it on. I will not do much of anything here so might as well I give up XD I enjoyed elevation, but I did not feel like it belonged on Horror, it was definitely magical realism but that is all.
