Mini Magical Readathon Visit to hogsmeade
Creator G from Book Roast
Video announcement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XgH5UcBGPS8
Will take place from June 22 to 28
As of late developments based on comments made by the Harry Potter author, that made a huge impact on the whole community.
Personally, the author's opinion angers me but as said before this readathon is based on the world and as it was set up before we will continue but it will probably be the last one.
We have been given the map for the visit complete with the prompts, the printable can be found here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1VB4J5n9OI0bPpRavtoS0Rv398_zxDPoK
So first we must leave the castle and to do that the first challenge:
1. In order to leave Hogwarts: Read a book with a map
The Heroe of Ages by Brandon Sanderson the third Mistborn trilogy.
We will get to see what Vin and her partner will do in order to fight the Deepness if they can finish what not even the Lord Ruler was able to do when there was a lot more information of it.
From here you are free to visit the different places, no order to follow necessarily.
3. Madame Puddiot Tea & cakes: Start a read with a cup of tea
Walking dead vol 12 by Robert Kirkman.
This is the continuation of the tale of Rick as he continues to try to survive in S after a zombie outbreak. They continue to try to get to a place they can be safe and try to settle down.
7. Shrinking Shack: Read a horror/Thriller
Road work by Stephen King when he was using the pseudonym Richard Bachman
Barton Dawes’ unremarkable but comfortable existence suddenly takes a turn for the worst. Highway construction puts him out of work and simultaneously forces him out of his home. Dawes isn’t the sort of man who will take an insult of this magnitude lying down. His single-minded determination to fight the inevitable course of progress drives his wife and friends away while he tries to face down the uncaring bureaucracy that has destroyed his once comfortable life.I have made my current TBR to fit a few of the prompts not sure if I will try to add a few more, but as they have to be completed one by one I am not sure I can do more than this.
